For confined space applications the Genie 23.6 and Merlo P26.6, with their compact dimensions, usually provide a solution. For more reach and height, choose from the 10m lift Merlo P36.10 to the Merlo P40.17 telehandler with 17m lift and 11m forward reach. Merlo forklifts offer an unrivalled combination of functional operating features allied to high levels of safety. Integral chassis sideshift on all our Merlo handlers above 6m means it’s easy to place the load where it’s required even 16m up. Frame levelling of up to 9 degrees is an innovation unique to Merlo machines whilst compact stabilisers fitted to all Merlos above 10 m ensures safe operation at full capacity. 4wd hydrostatic transmission is standard on all Merlos. That means no gear changing, no lurch when drive is engaged and instant braking as soon as you release the accelerator. 4 wheel steer or crab steer gives excellent manoeuvrability. Overload lockout safety is not just a buzzer warning. The forklift is protected against longitudinal overload when lockout is selected and the boom can only be retracted.
